Key Responsibilities

Draft, refine, and disseminate customer-facing communications including newsletters and direct emails

Manage the external communications calendar and align deliverables with product release cycles

Act as a strategic partner to various teams to ensure messaging accuracy and timing

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, or product marketing at a SaaS company

Outstanding writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics

Strong program or project management capabilities

Familiarity with collaboration and communications tools such as Asana and Salesforce

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal teams with a customer-first mindset
