• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience. Requirements :
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details : All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. No Block Scheduling. Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position. In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Driver License is required for RN / LPN / PTs working on a compact license. Ascension Health does not accept vaccine / TDAP declinations. 24 Beds. Patient Population : Medical, Neuro, Cardiac, GI, Renal. Sepsis, Trauma, Surgery. Any complex patient outside of Fresh Open Heart Surgery. Driver’s License / State ID required. 7 days maximum time off 2 references from any number of months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission Proof of identification required for submission Certifications :
