Full-Time Dog Daycare Pack Leader

Location : Bark & Play — 312 Dry Creek Ave., West Burlington, IA

What You’ll Do

As a Pack Leader , you’ll be responsible for keeping our furry guests happy, safe, and stress-free while they play and socialize. You’ll :

  • Supervise group play and watch for behavior cues to prevent scuffles.
  • Clean and maintain safe, sanitary play areas.
  • Feed meals and administer medications as directed.
  • Assist with transports (valid driver’s license required).
  • Communicate clearly with teammates and support a positive, drama-free workplace.

Schedule & Availability

We’re looking for Full-Time team members with open availability , including weekends and some holidays.

Shifts may vary, including :

  • Morning : 6 : 30–11 or 7–2
  • Afternoon : 1–5, 1–5 : 30, or 1–6
  • Occasional night visits : 8–9 PM (4–6 times a month)

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable, punctual, and motivated
  • Confident, friendly, and flexible
  • A true team player — no drama allowed!
  • Basic phone and computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
