Responsibilities

Policy Retention : Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and improve policy renewal rates.
Problem Solving : Address customer concerns with accuracy, ensuring quick and efficient resolution.
Feedback Collection : Gather insights from client interactions to support the agency's continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation : Accurately maintain client records and update relevant systems with the latest customer interactions.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Licensing : Must hold an active Louisiana Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience : At least two years of experience in a customer service or client retention role within the insurance industry is preferred.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address client inquiries and retention challenges.
