As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned healthcare locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. What You'll Do :
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare environment.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.Assist with access control by verifying identification and / or credentials of individuals entering the premises as required by site-specific policies.Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.Complete required reports and documentation accurately and promptly following incidents or routine patrols.What We're Looking For :

Be at least 21 years of age.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.CPR and / or First Aid certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
