A local hospital about 1.2 hours south of St. Louis, MO is in need of an emergency medicine physician to provide locum tenens coverage. Details :

  • Setting : Critical Access Hospital in Potosi, MO

11,800 annual volume

  • 10 hours of APP coverage, RN support
  • Will work in Emergency Dept and will be required to cover some inpatient service
  • Schedule : Open to # of shifts per month for coverage; 6 : 30am-6 : 30pm
  • Credential within 90 days

    • Required

  • Board certification not required (preferred to be ABEM / AOBEM or FM / IM with EM experience)
  • Must have active MO license
  • Active and unrestricted DEA; Current ATLS, ACLS, PALS, BLS
  • Must have minimum 1 full years of emergency medicine experience post-residency
