Experience with Logikal, Schucal, or other related software systems pertinent to the fabrication of windows and doors preferred. Overview
We're looking for a skilled Fabrication Manager to join our team at Glo Fenestration, a leader in high-performance, luxury windows and doors. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the fabrication department, including scheduling, workflow, resource allocation, and P&L.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company procedures.
- Train, mentor, and supervise fabrication staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of custom window and door systems.
- Monitor production metrics and implement strategies for efficiency, cost control, and process improvements.
- Manage the maintenance of equipment, tools, and facilities to ensure safe and optimal performance.
- Oversee inventory and material usage, coordinating with procurement to minimize waste and delays.
