Provider shall prescribe medication per the Sheriff s Office s defined psychotropic medication Provider shall develop and write standing orders for use by the jail staff in the handling of the Provider shall utilize the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system provided by Williamson Provide consultation and guidance to other healthcare providers and correctional staff regarding the mental health needs of inmates. Respond to psychiatric emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed. Provider will coordinate care with the contracted Medical Director and Williamson County Jail Medical Supervisor. Stay current with advancements in psychiatric care and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Adelphi is seeking a Psychiatrist to perform duties for a county jail in Williamson, Texas. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care to incarcerated individuals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services in a correctional setting.
