Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Development of the trade strategy to support long term Category growth and profitably increase market share based on shopper and customer requirements
- Generate compelling shopper stories to develop winning strategies for categories vs competition
- Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre and post evaluation
- Develop a joint business partnership with key customers to drive business performance
- Optimize BTL A&CP budgets for category by channel and monitor the execution
- Participating in ad-hoc assignments / projects as required.
Required Skills / Experiences
A degree holder in Marketing / Business or related disciplinesAt least 2-3 years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG / shop related industryStrong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skillsGood inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levelsHighly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environmentSelf-motivated and can-do spiritA good team player, well-organized with sense of urgencyExcellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
