A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support for a remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal employee technical support requests and manage the support ticket lifecycle
Administer user accounts and access permissions, configure security tools, and provide support for collaboration tools
Maintain internal documentation and assist in planning small-scale IT projects while balancing daily support requests
Required Qualifications
3+ years of IT helpdesk or service desk experience
2+ years of hands-on experience building and troubleshooting desktops / laptops
Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) and Microsoft 365 user management
Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications
Experience supporting collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Google Meet
