Position Summary

The Patient Care Tech assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet their physical, emotional, and social needs. The role includes serving as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCTs, being cross-trained as a Unit Associate, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education : High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• License : Florida-issued CNA license or completion of first semester of RN program.
• Certifications :

Preferred : Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
