A company is looking for a Paycom Specialist to support advanced reporting, system optimization, and configuration enhancements.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop, customize, and optimize advanced Paycom reports to meet compliance, operational, and leadership needs
Make configuration changes within Paycom to support reporting and system optimization
Provide strategic guidance and best practices to maximize Paycom's functionality
Key Qualifications :
5+ years of hands-on Paycom experience with proven expertise in advanced reporting and system configuration
Strong background in HRIS optimization, compliance reporting, and workflow improvement
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workload demands (16-20 hours / week)
Industry experience in Energy & Utilities or related manufacturing preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
