About the Role & Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you'll lead the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and partner across departments to ensure we stay accountable to our mission and goals. As the AVP of Institutional Effectiveness You will :

• Champion accreditation and compliance efforts, serving as our liaison to SACSCOC.
• Lead and inspire a team that manages strategic planning, research, outcomes assessment, grants, and data-driven improvement.
• Coordinate institutional surveys, reports, and planning tools that help us understand and elevate student and program success.
• Collaborate directly with senior leadership, faculty, and staff to build a strong culture of accountability, transparency, and growth.
