Envestnet is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will be hybrid and located at our Berwyn, PA office.

Job Summary :
The Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) will help Envestnet grow our world-class Financial Services Company through the execution of candidate identification and screening strategies for a variety of searches. During this maternity leave contract, you will represent the Envestnet brand and be an extension of the candidate experience. You will serve as a trusted partner to the hiring managers to understand and prioritize hiring needs across the Envestnet organization by leveraging data and analytics. This is a fast paced, high impact role that will involve translating hiring needs to strategic talent approaches.
Job Responsibilities :
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, from sourcing to closing top technical talent across all levels, with a focus on tech focused engineering rolesBe curious, gain and maintain a deep understanding of technical requirements, skills, and qualities for job openingsDevelop and implement sourcing plans to create deep talent pipelines using channels and networksUse data-driven approach to recruiting, analyzing metrics and recruitment insight to improve sourcing processes and improve hiring outcomesNegotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager and any relevant stakeholders and working cross-functionally with finance, and our immigration team if necessaryMaintain metrics and analytics while participating in weekly discussions with your hiring managers and HRBP communityAdherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in years of relevant recruiting experienceA minimum of 8 years of relevant corporate recruiting experience2-5 years of full cycle in-house technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring for engineering roles.Deep recruiting or technical knowledge in technology : software engineers, QA, DevOps and AI related rolesProven ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity.Hands-on fluency with applicant tracking systems (we use Jobvite) and HRIS systems (we use Workday)Passion and interest for metrics and analyticsCommitment to have Equity, Inclusion & Diversity mindsetExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation and superb relationship management skillsHave creativity in your recruiting approach and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environmentCollaborate, be a team player, planner, and always be one step aheadPreferred Qualifications :
