A company is looking for a Bodily Injury Paralegal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation

Draft and file pleadings, respond to discovery, and support motion practice

Order and track medical records; coordinate expert review and disclosures

Required Qualifications

3+ years experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation preferred

Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment preferred

Familiarity with local court rules and legal procedures
