About the Role
We're a fast-growing residential roofing repair company looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. You'll meet with homeowners during pre-set, qualified appointments-no cold calling or door knocking-and help them find the right solution for their roofing needs.
This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential, ideal for persuasive, self-motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
- Commission-based compensation with a 10% base rate on qualifying projects
- Paid training : $750 / week for your first 6 weeks
- Mileage reimbursement for all travel (excluding normal commute)
