• Must have own vehicle and current insurance with a clean driving record

Description :

The position involves traveling to patient homes for care.

Patient training will be conducted onsite.

Mileage will be reimbursed for home health travel.

Approval is required to work during the holidays.

Requests for time off must be submitted prior to profile upload.

No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted.

Profiles must include permanent address to ensure processing.

All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.

Availability for rotating on-call duty and every other weekend / holidays is required.

Candidates must upload all required licenses and certifications with their profile.
