What You’ll Do

  • Lead network modernization across 7 facilities and 3 satellite offices
  • Replace legacy Cisco systems with scalable, secure solutions
  • Collaborate with Systems Engineers to align infrastructure with business goals
  • Design and maintain networks across on-prem, cloud, and virtual environments
  • Monitor performance, deploy patches, and mitigate threats
  • Support VOIP, remote access, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Travel occasionally for on-site implementation and support

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of network engineering experience in multi-site or enterprise environments
  • Hands-on expertise with routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, NAT
  • Experience transitioning away from Cisco platforms
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Bonus points for CCNA / CCNP, Azure, Meraki, and large enterprise experience

    • Compensation Snapshot

  • Base Salary Range : $65,000–$75,000
  • Quarterly Bonus Structure : Begins accruing from day one
  • Minimum ROA bonus : 20% annually, paid quarterly
  • Expected bonus : Up to 40% annually, based on performance
  • Total Compensation Examples :
  • $65K base + 20% bonus = $78K total comp
  • $75K base + 40% bonus = $105K total comp
