Tesoro Group is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join one of our client's team at (1) of their properties in Bloomington, MN (55425). The ideal candidate will have 1 years' experience in caretaking or porter duties. Experience in residential / multi-family housing is highly preferred. This role is a direct hire role – with the opportunity to live on site after 90 days of employment (living onsite is highly preferred for this role).

Schedule : Monday-Friday : 32-40 hours / week (hours will vary during seasons – such as winter for shoveling and salting).

Salary : $18-$20 / hour DOQ.

Job Task Summary :

Ensures the physical aspects of the property are maintained and standards are met regarding the grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Cleaning apartments, hallway corridors and model
• Picking up garbage, including dog waste, and emptying garbage cans on property
• Removing leaves from entries / shoveling snow within a reasonable timeframe
• Sweeping stairwells / knocking down bird nests
• Delivering letters and flyers
• Misc duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned.
