job_description.job_card.job_descriptionConduct analysis of data related to the Independent Disputes and Resolution (IDR) program Document and communicate reporting requirements, rules, and methodologies for data collection and analysis Review and analyze collected data to evaluate system or network performance and health Write Python code to perform in-depth data analysis and recommend system changes Present data findings in various formats to internal teams and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 5 years of related experience 7+ years of experience working with data and completing data analysis activities Expert-level hands-on experience with Python and SQL, including data extraction and ETL pipelines Experience building and redesigning interactive Tableau dashboards Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in the Healthcare Service Industry or with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Visual Force Ability to analyze existing tools and databases for software solution recommendations Experience working in an Agile environment and with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint High-level experience in managing large-scale databases and translating business requirements into lay terms
