Position Summary
The Manager, Sales Training is a pivotal force in advancing the capabilities and performance of Empower's Sales organization during a time of rapid growth and national expansion. By designing world-class training experiences, this leader ensures our representatives are equipped with the clinical knowledge, selling skills, and customer engagement strategies required to thrive in a dynamic, highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role offers the opportunity to shape a best-in-class sales training function that not only drives immediate results but also builds long-term capability in service of our mission : delivering innovative, affordable medications to help 300 million people live healthier, happier lives.
Duties And Responsibilities
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
