What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, modifying care plans as needed.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers using effective teaching methods.

Supervise support personnel and provide regular feedback.

Complete documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois.

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary, Shifts & Location

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $36.74 to $63.19.

Full-time position with flexible shifts available.
