Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and visionary NetSuite Financials Consulting Services Program Director to lead and scale our NetSuite Financials practice. In this hybrid, full-time role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of NetSuite Financials consulting services, mentor a high-performing team, and drive innovation to exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of NetSuite Financials and technical functionalities, along with strong leadership and program management expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the NetSuite Financials Consulting practice.
  • Manage overall P&L for the practice, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of NetSuite consultants, SuiteScripting developers, analysts, and project managers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through financial system transformations, NetSuite implementations, and customizations.
  • Oversee delivery of end-to-end NetSuite Financials projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
  • Develop and implement customized NetSuite solutions using SuiteScripting and SuiteFlow to address complex client requirements.
  • Manage NetSuite system administration, including roles, permissions, workflows, integrations, and custom configurations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and optimize integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
  • Identify new opportunities for client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of technical and functional services.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ensuring seamless integration of NetSuite Financials across business units.
  • Develop frameworks, best practices, and methodologies to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to client expectations and industry standards.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite Suite Cloud platform enhancements, Suite Analytics, and other advanced functionalities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and expand market presence.
  • Represent Dimension Consulting at industry events, webinars, and conferences to showcase expertise in NetSuite Financials and technical solutions.
  • Leverage NetSuite's advanced functionalities to design and implement innovative financial solutions for clients.
  • Align practice offerings with evolving market demands, ensuring Dimension Consulting remains a leader in NetSuite consulting.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : 10+ years of ERP consulting experience with a strong focus on NetSuite Financials; 5+ years in a leadership or program management role.
  • Technical Expertise : Proficiency in NetSuite Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition, FP&A), SuiteScripting, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and system administration.
  • Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and drive organizational growth.
  • Project Management : Hands-on experience managing large-scale NetSuite implementation and customization projects.
  • Communication : Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Certifications : NetSuite ERP Consultant or SuiteCloud Developer certification (preferred).
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
