Field / Shop Mechanic
We are a growing company looking for a dependable mechanic who wants long-term career stability. We pride ourselves on supporting our team members with flexible scheduling, paid time off, family-friendly policies, and company-provided tools (bringing your own is optional).
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside 2 mechanics and a Shop Manager to maintain and repair a fleet of ~75 vehicles and construction equipment
- Perform general mechanical repairs, diesel work, and heavy equipment maintenance
- Occasionally use company service trucks (Class B CDL preferred)
- Contribute to a culture of reliability, teamwork, and pride in workmanship
