What You’ll Do
New Paradigm for Education is seeking a passionate and creative Part-Time Enrichment Specialist to enhance our after-school programs and provide engaging learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate will design and implement enrichment activities that promote creativity, critical thinking, and social skills, fostering a positive and supportive environment for all participants.
Job Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred.
Experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting.
Strong creativity and a passion for working with diverse groups of students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including after-school and occasional evenings.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Design and implement a variety of enrichment activities, including arts, crafts, sports, STEM projects, and other engaging programs that cater to diverse interests and age groups.
Facilitate activities that encourage student participation, creativity, and collaboration, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
Monitor student progress and participation, providing constructive feedback to help them grow and develop new skills.
Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to align enrichment activities with educational goals and support students' overall development.
Ensure a safe and supervised environment during all enrichment activities, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and staff regarding program schedules, expectations, and student progress.
