How You’ll Contribute
The Diversified Service Sales Executive role is directly responsible for direct to end customer and internal channel sales for managed services offerings. The role is to sell directly to end customers and provide sales support to the larger Diversified account teams to pursue, estimate / price / quote and close service opportunities. The scope includes Support Agreements, Managed Service Contracts, and Dedicated Staffing engagements. The Service Sales Specialist must articulate offerings and product positioning to both business and technical users, identify all relevant issues of assigned accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with RVPs, Regional Directors and AEs in designated regions to drive service revenue
- Work with AEs with a focus on landing new service contracts
- Prospect into net new clients to drive service revenue
- Meet with clients to understand service needs, develop comprehensive service responses, and close service opportunities
- Gather vendor and sub-contractor quotes for extended warranties, site support, etc., especially for highly complex or bespoke hardware or sub-systems
- Respond to client-initiated RFPs with the relevant AE
- Raise RFIs, attend meetings, site surveys and interviews
- Put together complete RFP responses and strategize with AE on how to close the business
- Work with DGS leadership on strategic pricing
- Review calculations for client quotations, negotiate tender and contract terms, and close sales in conjunction with other sales support personnel and the Account Executive
- Provide monthly reporting to Service leadership and Regional Sales leaders
- Ensure all opportunities are tracked in CRM
- Assist with the creation of templates and documents for the Internal Knowledge Base
- Flexible schedule; respond to sales or client issues as they arise
- Provide training and produce support material for the sales effort
- Partner with AEs in searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services
- Attend regular Operational Calls / Meetings & Business Reviews to discuss performance
- Monitor process and report performance to customers and Diversified Global Service management
- Escalation management within the customer account

Education & Certifications :
Minimum four-year degree required or equivalent industry experience. Advanced degree or certification is preferred.
5+ years of experience in audio visual service sales with knowledge of Land, Adopt, Expand, Renew Sales MethodologyProven track record of creating sales strategies and driving revenue growthFamiliar with ITIL v4Experience selling recurring revenue offeringsExperience working with AV Account Executives to drive service salesExperience with large enterprise service opportunitiesExperience with selling AV Managed ServicesProficiency with CRM, ERP systems, ticketing systems, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, ExcelStructured approach to solving complex business problemsStrong analytical, presentation, and communication skillsEffective time management and attention to detailAbility to inspire confidence and create trustAbility to work under pressure, plan workload, and delegateEntrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and leadership skillsAbility to travel up to 30%What We Offer
