Job Details

Location : Hybrid in Austin, TX. Must be located in Austin and able to commute on-site 3 days / week.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager oversees a team of email, social media, and web developers, reporting to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities include leading digital engagement strategies, enhancing user experience, and driving data-driven initiatives across various digital channels.

Must Have Skills

  • 5+ years in digital marketing or product management.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
  • Experience with email campaigns, website optimization, social media.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies aligning with brand goals.
  • Lead SEO efforts and improve website usability.
  • Use data analytics to optimize campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.

    • Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, personalization, and campaign strategy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and digital tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of five years in digital marketing or product management.
  • At least three years in a leadership role.

    • Additional Skills

  • Bilingual in Spanish / English.
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms, JavaScript, HTML, SQL.
  • Experience leading technical projects and integrations.
  • Agency experience is a plus.

    • Work Environment & Benefits

    Hybrid setting, 3 days in-office, 2 remote, with a collaborative culture. Salary range : $120,000 - $131,000 / year. Benefits include early paycheck access, discounts, tax assistance, estate planning, and more.
