Overview
We are looking for a strategic financial leader to drive our growth and strengthen our presence across LATAM and Miami .
Location : Miami, FL (responsible for leading the financial team across Latin America)
Responsibilities
- Lead annual and multi-year financial planning, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow management, and scenario analysis aligned with corporate strategy.
- Define, monitor, and optimize project cost structures, ensuring profitability and efficiency across LATAM operations.
- Oversee ERP implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring accurate, consolidated financial reporting and seamless integration across regions.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS) and local tax regulations in both the U.S. and LATAM markets.
- Deliver accurate financial statements, KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and executive reports to support decision-making.
- Manage treasury, liquidity, and working capital, anticipating funding needs and optimizing resources.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, strengthening internal controls and minimizing financial risks.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the LATAM finance team, aligning local operations with Miami headquarters and building a culture of accountability and high performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. MBA or Master’s in Finance strongly preferred.10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally within multinational companies operating in the U.S. and LATAM.Proven track record in ERP implementation and management.Strong expertise in project cost structures and profitability analysis.Solid accounting knowledge with a professional focus on financial planning, forecasting, and strategic management.Excellent leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in multicultural environments and lead remote / regional teams.Location
