Job Description

  • Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities for K-12 projects.

\n

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.

    • \n

  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as needed to maintain timelines.

    • \n

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.

    • \n

  • Maintain clear communication with clients and provide progress updates.

    • \n

  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

    • \n

  • Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment.

    A successful Construction Superintendent - K-12 should have : \n

  • Strong experience in managing K-12 construction projects.
