Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of competitive proposals and client submissions.
- Partner with leadership to oversee all bid submissions, including drafting, coordinating, and executing high-quality pitch materials.
- Manage the full lifecycle of procurement processes including :
- Expressions of Interest (EOIs)
- Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs)
- Invitations to Tender (ITTs)
- Official Journal of the European Union (OJEUs)
- Write and develop creative proposals based on input from Business Development Leads to win bids.
- Coordinate with internal teams including :
- Proposal Coordinators
- Proposal Specialists
- Graphics Team
- Internal Architects
- Specifiers
- Review and refine draft bid documentation to ensure strategic alignment and accuracy.
- Conduct research on clients, prospects, markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Maintain a proposal tracker for medium- and long-term leads.
- Monitor bid portals and public notifications to identify and qualify new opportunities.
- Support client engagement by liaising with potential clients and partners.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in business development, bids, or proposal management.
- Proven experience managing complex national and international bids in the architecture and design (A&D) industry.
- Desired (not required) : Experience in rail and aviation sectors.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Professional-level writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for layout and publication-ready document production.
- Strategic thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled at managing up with leadership and aligning priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary : $100,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
