What You’ll Do :
- Provide holistic nursing care to individuals across the lifespan in a welcoming outpatient clinic setting
- Foster an inclusive and respectful environment for all patients, including LGBTQ+ individuals and other underserved communities
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Assist with clinical tasks including patient intake, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and health education
- Support clinic operations by helping to maintain accurate patient records
What We’re Looking For :
Active and unrestricted LPN license in New York StateAt least 1 year of nursing experience (community health, med / surg, or pediatric experience a plus)Active BLS / CPR certificationTeam player who thrives in a mission-based environmentBilingual is a plus (Spanish, South Asian, East Asian, or Southeast Asian languages especially welcome)Why You’ll Love Working Here :
