Job Purpose / Summary
The Overnight Incident Monitor is a mission-critical member of our 24 / 7 / 365 operations center, responsible for front-line emergency monitoring and non-emergency issue coordination.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Role : Emergency Issue Monitoring
- Monitor and respond to 360 Aware SOS alerts, providing immediate triage and executing workflow procedures for emergency events.
- Track, document, and communicate incident status in real time across internal systems and stakeholders.
Secondary Role : Product Support Coordination
Monitor and escalate priority one service issues to on-call technical support personnel.Ensure non-emergency service requests are documented and addressed according to standard operating procedures.Qualifications
High School DiplomaSatisfactory Background Investigation – Security Clearance EligibleAvailable to work permanent overnight shift rotations.Preferred Candidate : Prior experience in public safety communications, emergency response, alarm monitoring, security, watch desk, and fusion center highly desirable. Should be willing to work in a variety of settings as needed, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
