Pay : $18-19 / hour Work Location : Remote Start Date : 10 / 27 Position Overview : We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Renewal Agent to join our team. The Health Insurance Renewal Agent will be responsible for managing client policy renewals, maintaining high levels of client retention, and ensuring clients have the appropriate coverage for their evolving needs. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build lasting client relationships, and a thorough understanding of insurance products and policies. Key Responsibilities : Proactively manage and process insurance policy renewals. Review client policies to ensure coverage remains accurate, competitive, and aligned with client needs. Provide timely and professional communication to clients regarding renewal options, changes, or adjustments. Educate clients on available products, policy enhancements, and potential cost-saving opportunities. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy updates in the CRM system. Achieve or exceed established client retention and performance goals. Address client questions, concerns, or claims inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Stay up to date on industry regulations, company policies, and product offerings. Qualifications : High school diploma Active health insurance license (Florida or Non-resident) Previous experience in insurance preferred. Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
