Act as the go-to guide for patients, answering questions, explaining processes, and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Call patients the day before appointments to confirm visits and prepare them for their upcoming care. Answer and return phone calls, respond to voicemails, and manage support@ and info@ email inquiries with speed, professionalism, and warmth. Handle scheduling, appointment changes, and cancellationskeeping the daily flow running smoothly. Manage patient intake, ensuring forms are completed, signed, and uploaded accurately. Process payments, ensure accurate transactions, and prepare bank deposits as needed. Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized environment in the front office and patient rooms. Support the sales team and clinical staff with administrative requests. Enter new Cerbo packages, products, and updates into the system with precision. Manage copier, paper supplies, faxes, and medical record uploads. Upload and organize purchase receipts for Accounts Payable (AP). Partner with leadership to improve patient processes and enhance overall operational excellence. Ensure every patient experience reflects Energy4Lifes core mission : healing, accountability, and transformation. Detail-Oriented Organizer : You love keeping things running smoothlyappointments, forms, payments, and processes. Proficiency in scheduling systems (Cerbo experience a plus). Strong organizational skills with a knack for multitasking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle payments, scheduling, and email correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

Location : Park City, UT (On-site)
Reports to : Practice Manager
Employment Type : Full-Time, On-Site (MF, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM)
