Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Federal Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with federal regulations . This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of OSHA safety standards and Corps of Engineers requirements .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site operations and maintain project schedules
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and Corps of Engineers standards
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident job site
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution
• Monitor budgets, track progress, and maintain accurate project documentation
