Job Title : Occupational Therapist

Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Bloomington, IL

Specialty : Pediatric

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a pediatric caseload (birth to age 18)

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments in areas such as :

Fine motor / self-help skills

Sensory integration

Visual / perceptual skills

Upper extremity function and strength

Activities of daily living (ADLs)

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavioral analysts, and developmental therapists

Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and interns

Develop, update, and implement treatment plans with targeted goals

Maintain timely and professional documentation

Perform other duties as needed to support team and client needs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Master’s preferred)

NBCOT certification

Active or eligible Illinois OT license

Early Intervention (EI) credential or eligibility preferred

At least one year of pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred

Valid Illinois driver’s license and clean driving record

Current auto insurance
