We are a long-standing, dynamic organization seeking a receptionist for our specialty practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Greeting Patients
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Collection co-pays and / or outstanding balances
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Clerical duties; faxing, printing, scanning, and assigning charts
  • Insurance eligibility verification

Qualifications include :

  • Prior medical receptionist experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette, be organized, able to multi-task and prioritize while handling a high volume of patient activity.
  • Must have a pleasant voice and outgoing personality
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) is preferred
