Bakersfield | Immediate | Comp range $18-20 hour

We are seeking an energetic, tech-savvy Help Desk Technician to join our collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about customer service, IT support, and solving technical challenges . If you enjoy working in a team environment where you'll wear multiple hats and contribute to getting things done, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues with computer systems and software
  • Monitor and manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution
  • Guide customers through problem-solving with clear communication
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware as needed
  • Follow up with users to confirm resolution of issues
  • Run reports to identify recurring technical problems
  • Document all incidents with clear, concise, and detailed notes

Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of IT / Help Desk support experience
  • Familiarity with O365 and Active Directory a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
