Contracts Coop (Spring / Summer 2026)(Hybrid)

Spring / Summer Co-op Role

This Spring / Summer Co-op role will support the Electric Power Systems (EPS) Contracts and Business Management team. In this role, you will work with the EPS Contracts team in a hands-on, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support the Contract Administrators in Project Management Teams, in a cross-function work environment, coordinating with the customer product teams while adhering to and complying with Standard Work processes.

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

What You Will Do :

• Maintaining and organizing Contracts Artifacts
• Compiling Audit Documentation Requests
• Interpreting & Managing Contract Documents
• Ensuring Adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
• Preparing and Participating in the Review of Terms and Conditions of Customer Agreements

Hybrid : Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
