ER RN Job Details – Port Angeles, WA Location : Port Angeles, WA 98362 (Washington nursing jobs) Assignment Length : 13-week travel nurse contract (10 / 28 / 2025 – 1 / 27 / 2026) Shift : 12-hour night shifts; every other weekend and holiday required Hours : 36 hours per week guaranteed Estimated Weekly Salary : $1850 - $1980 per week Healthcare Setting : Acute Care, Emergency Room (ER) Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : Typically 3 : 1 Charting System : EpicCare Inpatient (Epic Systems Corporation) Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Washington State or compact eligible Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience required Current certifications : ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong communication, clinical assessment, and critical thinking skills Experience with Epic EMR / EHR preferred ER RN Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Room Assess, triage, and prioritize care for acute and critical patients Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as ordered Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members Accurately document all patient care activities in the Epic EMR system Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care process Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team in Port Angeles, WA, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
