Senior Director of Technical Accounting

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and professional development to the technical and reporting accounting team

Manage the SEC reporting process and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements

Lead the technical accounting team in researching and resolving complex accounting matters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA; Public accounting experience with Big 4

15+ years of experience in public accounting / private industry with increasing responsibilities

Strong leadership skills with a record of leading initiatives across the organization

Extensive knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements

Experience with M&A due diligence, valuations, and accounting for complex transactions
