Crestview Management is seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide deskside and technical support for our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a desire to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support including general computer hardware and software troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and password resets in Active Directory and Google Workspace
- Configure client computers (hardware & software) prior to installation
- Deliver Tier 1 support for Network, LAN, and Telephony systems
- Travel as needed to support hotel projects and takeovers
