Technical Designer Job at 24 Seven Talent in Huntington Park

This is a Technical Designer to support a fast-paced and highly creative design pipeline. The Technical Designer will provide critical support from sketch through sample development, ensuring design intent and fit standards are maintained while acting as a liaison with overseas vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Organize fit samples by season, lead in fittings, document / post fit updates to the China team

Maintain fitting logs, track sample status, and follow up on proto / sample deadlines

Create / correct CADs, flats, line sheets in Illustrator; build / update tech packs and specs

Partner with Design, Production, and overseas factories to troubleshoot construction and resolve sample issues

• Build and maintain tracking docs, fitting logs, and seasonal updates in Excel; ensure timely, accurate communication across teams

Key Qualifications

5 years+ of experience in fashion / technical design or product development

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (quick, accurate CADs) and strong Excel skills for tracking

Knowledge of garment construction, grading / measurements, and fit processes; experience supporting or leading fittings a plus

Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
