A supportive secondary school in Braintree is looking for a dedicated Maths Tutor to work with Year 11 students, providing targeted intervention to help them prepare for their GCSE exams. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to students' progress and confidence in Maths.

The role will include :

Responsibilities

• Delivering small group and 1 : 1 Maths intervention sessions with Year 11 pupils.
• Supporting students to consolidate key mathematical skills and knowledge in preparation for GCSE exams.
• Adapting tutoring methods to suit a range of abilities and learning styles, including students who may need extra support or encouragement.
• Monitoring student progress and feeding back to teaching staff on attainment and areas for improvement.
• Helping students build confidence, resilience, and a positive approach towards Maths.
