• Manage and enhance the company’s reputation by cultivating positive online reviews across multiple office locations.
• Create and present regular performance reports on reputation metrics and review trends to upper management.
• Listen actively to clients, providing a nurturing and reassuring experience, even in challenging situations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions that enhance the client experience.
