We want a highly motivated, self-starter, critical thinker that wants to grow with our agency. No sales experience is required , however it would be helpful. Service experience IS required, but the industry you service experience in doesn't matter as much. We'll invest in your success to learn the industry and help you advance in your desired career path. This position offers a competitive salary rate plus bonus and commission opportunities .

We are looking to help YOU succeed and grow in this industry as our next customer care representative.

Property & Casualty license preferred, but we are willing to train and license!

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Deepen relationships with clients to ensure we are properly protecting them.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests timely, in a professional manner and properly document actions.
  • Assist in achieving agency goals.
  • Present and explain insurance policies based on client needs and goals (insurance reviews, additional proposals, etc).
  • Work with claims, underwriting, and contractors.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition.

  • Highly motivated, ambitious self-starter.
  • Coach-able, sales minded professional.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Detail Oriented.
