A company is looking for a Contracts Officer to provide administrative and technical support for contracting functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate award, grant, and contract documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Act as a point of contact for campus departments and communicate with external constituents regarding contracting issues
Update training materials and contracting policies while providing ongoing training to campus users on contracting operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Four years of experience in research administration or sponsored programs administration
Experience with federal regulations related to contracting
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to interpret and apply contracting policies and regulations
