• Technical and business requirements gathering, and effective positioning of SFDC solutions to meet those requirements.
• Experience in developing and delivering demonstrations to senior level personnel.
• Experience managing offshore development resources, tasks including configuration, customization, data migration, integration)
• Knowledge of / experience with formal delivery methodologies
• End-to- end business architecture and supporting technical components for at least 3 Salesforce projects
• Significant Consulting / client facing background
• Participation in each phase of at least three full Salesforce lifecycle implementations
• Nice to Have : Certified Salesforce Architect

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $83,000-$183,430. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
