Position Overview :

Setting : Providing employee health and wellness to patients and their families in Raytown, Missouri.
Schedule :
Tuesday 3pm-6pm
Thursday 7 : 30am-11 : 30am
Friday 7 : 00am-3 : 00pm
No on-call or callback responsibilities.

Required :

Active MO license.

Certifications : BLS, DEA, and BC

Minimum 1 years of ambulatory care, occupational health, family medicine, or emergency department setting experience preferred.
