Geriatrician Position Summary :

Introducing an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the Bloomfield, Connecticut area.

You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care. Role : 100% geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services

Location : Bloomfield, CT (Seabury) and a nearby Session space

Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available)

Teaching : Optional with faculty appointment

Phone Call : Infrequent phone call for work / life balance

Comp range : $240,000+ and incentives

You will be joining and established team of 20+ Geriatric providers who provide care for our valued geriatric patient population
